Tantra Vinyasa Yoga Level II/III

Service Description

Welcome back to Enso! I'll be teaching in the studio when I'm in town and space is available. Live classes will be 75 minutes and limited to 10 people. Fee is $25 per class. Classes may still be offered online during this time-slot when I am traveling or the studio is not available. In this fiery class, we'll link movement and breath in a series of postures that flow into each other.  This class is taught at level 2 /3 and is designed for people who have practiced yoga. We will explore the physical postures (asana) as well as other yogic techniques such as mantra, mudra, breathwork, and meditation to enhance and deepen your experience.
