This is a 1-hour class on Zoom. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class focuses on self-awareness and self-care. You’ll be encouraged to honor your own level of flexibility, whatever that may be. From that point, the body and mind will be guided to gently stretch and explore. The ultimate aim of this class is to build flexibility, strength, and a supportive, calming environment for the body and mind. This is an appropriate class for all levels.
